How to Apply for a Sample

3. Confirm and pay — Accept the quote and complete payment. We support T/T bank transfer and other international payment methods.
4. Production & shipping — Your sample unit ships within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information provided.

Which models are available for sample orders?

All six automatic boom barrier gate models are available for sampling: BX-260 Compact, 180-Degree DC Brushless, Double-Arm, Q5 Medium-Duty, Q7 Heavy-Duty, and Q7L Highway. Access control devices (facial recognition terminals, turnstiles) are also available — ask for details.

What does the sample price include?

The sample is offered at factory-direct evaluation pricing, covering one barrier gate unit with standard accessories (boom arm, control board, mounting hardware, manual). The exact price depends on the model selected. Shipping, customs duties, and local taxes are additional.

Can I order more than one sample?

The program allows one sample unit per company at the evaluation price. If you need to test multiple models, we offer discounted multi-sample packages — contact us for details.

What happens after I test the sample?

Most customers proceed to a bulk order within 2-4 weeks of receiving their sample. Our sales team will follow up to discuss your experience, answer any questions, and provide bulk pricing based on your order volume and customization requirements.

Do you provide OEM samples?

Custom-branded samples carry a higher setup cost due to tooling and minimum order quantities for custom components (logo plates, packaging). We recommend ordering a standard sample first to evaluate quality, then discussing OEM terms for your bulk order.

What warranty comes with the sample?

Sample units carry the same 2-year warranty as our bulk orders. If any manufacturing defect is found, we replace the component or unit at no cost.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location and chosen freight method. Typical door-to-door timelines: Southeast Asia 5-10 days, Middle East 10-15 days, Europe 15-20 days, Africa 15-25 days, Americas 20-30 days.
